Please vote on the above poll once you have made your mind!
Should our schools make us wear uniforms? Why and why not?
One thing I don't really want to hear is that yes, we should because girls would spend less time picking out there clothes. For me, and most people, that isn't really the issue and it's really kind of rude actually.
Here is what I think:
Yes, I like the idea of no one being about to tease you and not being able to tell who's rich and who's not because of their clothes. That's all reasons to. But I don't think we should. First of all, lots of people enjoy picking out their own clothes, as it shows what style they have and what mood they're in. Also, all the color-coordinating stuff is actually very fun! XD Also, you don't have many outifits of this particular uniform most likely, so if you didn't have time for wash and all your outfits were dirty, what would you do? Wear it dirty, I guess. Another thing is that uniforms tend to place girls in skirts. While skirts are fine and all, it does make it difficult to do a lot of things, so it's not really too fair. I personally love my jeans and would never trade them for a skirt!
Well, tell me your opinions! I like to hear from others so I have something to think about!

I think yes because it would stop all the 'I have better clothes than you' and wouldn't make the people with less money feel left out and different. In other words, I agree wit you 100%.

Cool! Yeah, I don't like how you have to get all your clothes at Hollister or Abercrombie to be considered cool at my school. Or like last year, when you had to get EVERYTHING from Aeropostale and NO WHERE else. Frustrating.

I'm happy we don't have those stores here. Our Hollister is La Zensa girl and our Abercrombie is this one store, which my city only has one of. But I don't remember the name.

Oh I see
I like in the heart of Oklahoma. That's in the USA, North America, The World, The Solar System, The Milky Way, The Universe.
So that must be why you have different stores. Hollister is the US west coast (California) and Abercrombie is for the US East Coast. That's what their clothes say anyways XD So then they wouldn't have it in Canada I think.

I originally voted "No" because I go to a school where uniforms are not used, however after reading the reasons in the first post I am already starting to change your mind. Yes, I do think that uniforms would limit the teasing and kids picking on other kids because of the clothes they wear.
